Terms of Reference
The terms of reference of the Committee, inter alia, include the following:
Formulate and recommend to the Board, a Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Policy indicating the activities to be undertaken by the Company as specified in Schedule VII to the Companies Act, 2013;
Recommend the amount of expenditure to be incurred on the CSR activities;
Monitor Company's compliance with the Corporate Governance Guidelines and applicable laws and regulations and make recommendations to the Board on all such matters and on any corrective action to be taken, as the Committee may deem appropriate;
Monitor CSR Policy of the Company from time to time;
Monitor the CSR activities undertaken by the Company

Community Healthcare
Manu stock Broking provides affordable curative and preventive healthcare services to the community through various healthcare programmes. It is also focusing on specific areas like addressing maternal mortality and providing support to patients suffering from chronic ailments.
Health care Dialysis machine is provided by Manu Stock Broking to Lions Club Tollygunge Dialysis Centre to support the improvement in the quality of life with its prompt and specialized services and by providing lifesaving treatment.
Education & Skill Enhancement
Manu Stock Broking supports local schools with logistical and financial support, capacity building of teachers and infrastructure development.
Schools managed by FRIENDS of Tribal society in the rural areas - A project to uplift and bring the students from the underprivileged segment into the main stream.
